Bleeder Quick-Align
Making the crew chiefs job a ton easier when having to install the bleeders in a rush. Myself and a few others have been doing a bunch of r&d testing all season to get them dialed in and act the way I want them too.
Has been tested in the following rear axles
- hyper
- joes
- dmi
**D1 axle counterbore is .011 too small** (if you are still wanting to use them you can sand the ID. of the axle to allow this to fit)
How they work -
- Only thing needed to modify on the axle is adding (2) additional drilled holes 90 degrees from the manufacturer holes that are in the end of the axle
- an 1/8” dowel pin is installed to hold the Quick-Align to the bleeder itself
1. Install the bleeders, rotate the end of the bleeder until the detect in the Quick-Align snaps into one of the (4) drilled holes
2. Slide the pin that holes the bleeder into the axle inline with the laser etched lines on the end of the Quick-Align
3. Bleeder is installed!!
Included-
(2) Quick-Align bleeder ends - (1) LR - (1) RR
(2) 1/8” dowel pins
(1) fixture to located manufacturer holes to drill the (2) additional holes
(2) axle pins to hold the bleeders in the axle
